甲状腺轴系列检测项目在甲状腺疾病诊断中的应用

Application of Thyroid Axis Series of Tests in Diagnosis of Thyroid Diseases

目的探讨甲状腺轴系列检测项目在甲状腺疾病诊断中的应用。方法选取2012年1月—2013年6月于该院治疗的105例甲状腺疾病患者为观察组,选取同期在该院治疗的无甲状腺疾病史患者60例为对照组。采用微粒子化学发光免疫分析技术进行对比分析。结果观察组TT4、TT3、FT4、FT3均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),TSH观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺疾病诊断中应用甲状腺系列检测项目时,FT3、FT4、TSH为最灵敏的指标,FT3、FT4含量有显著增高,TSH含量有显著降低,对甲亢病患者的确诊,增加了可信性。

Objective To explore the application of thyroid axis series of tests in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases. Methods 105 cases of patients with thyroid diseases admitted in our hospital from January, 2012 to June, 2013 were selected as the observation group, and 60 cases of patients without the history of thyroid disease treated in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay was used in the comparative analysis. Results The TT4, TT3, FT4, FT3 of the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）. TSH of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the application of thyroid axis series of tests for the diagnosis of thyroid diseases, FT3, FT4, and TSH are the most sensitive indexes. FT3, FT4 increase significantly, but TSH obviously reduces which increase credibility for the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism.
