有限切开锁定加压钢板内固定加异体植骨对复杂性肱骨干骨折的临床疗效 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨有限切开锁定加压板内固定与异体植骨治疗复杂性肱骨干股折的疗效。方法选择2007—2009年在该院收治的复杂性肱骨干骨折患者共13例。所有患者均行有限切开锁定加压钢板内固定加异体植骨治疗,均为粉碎性骨折;按照AO分类13例患者均属于C型骨折;同时伴有同侧肱骨近端骨折患者有1例。结果术后对于该组13例患者的伤口均给予I期愈合,未出现应激性溃疡、深静脉血栓等并发症。术后该组1例患者发生桡神经麻痹,在术后2个月时恢复;肘关节功能评分:13例患者中优7例,良5例,可1例;优良率为92.31%。肩关节功能评分:13例患者中优6例,良5例,可2例;优良率为84.62%。结论对于复杂性肱骨干骨折患者应用有限切开锁定加压钢板内固定加异体植骨治疗,骨折愈合率高,不易损伤神经血管,固定稳定,是一种安全有效的方法,具有重要临床意义。
