亚洲玉米螟地理种群不同食物及温度下实验种群的蛹重研究 被引量:4

摘要 为明确亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenée)不同地理自然种群及不同食物和不同温度条件下实验种群蛹重的差异,对云南不同玉米种植区亚洲玉米螟自然种群、不同食料及不同温度下饲养的实验种群的雌、雄蛹重进行了研究。结果表明:云南昭通、会泽、宣威、寻甸、建水、玉溪、元江和陇川县不同地理种群雌蛹和雄蛹重量之间均存在显著性差异,从同一地理来源的雌蛹、雄蛹重量来看,雌蛹重量明显大于雄蛹重量。室内21℃、25℃和29℃下饲养的实验种群雌蛹重量均显著高于雄蛹重量,21℃与25℃下雌蛹、雄蛹重量大于29℃的雌蛹、雄蛹重量,而21℃和25℃下实验种群雌、雄蛹重无显著差异。室内常温条件下人工饲料饲养种群与玉米秆饲养种群雌蛹、雄蛹重量无显著差异。综合以上结果,亚洲玉米螟雌蛹重大于雄蛹,且随着不同地理来源而存在一定差异,而室内利用人工饲料和玉米秆饲养种群的雌、雄蛹重间无显著差异,在21-25℃条件下种群雌雄蛹重量大于29℃条件下雌雄蛹重量,该结果将为亚洲玉米螟对环境的适应性及其机理研究提供理论依据。 In order to identify the difference of the male and female pupae weight of geographical and laboratory population of Asian corn borer, Ostrinia furnaealis Guenee (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae), a study on the pupae weight of the geographical and laboratory population of male and female pupae of Asian corn borer were conducted. Results showed that there were significant differences in different geographical population collected from Zhaotong, Xuanwei and Yuxi city, Huize, Xundain, Jianshui, and Longchuan county in Yunnan Province. The female pupae weight was significantly larger than male pupae weight in the same geographical population. The weight of female pupae was significantly larger than male pupae from the laboratory population feeding artificial diet and cornstalk in variety of Huidan No. 4 under 21 ℃ , 25 ℃ and 29 ℃. The weight of male and female pupae under 21 ℃ and 25 ℃ were significantly larger than that of under 29 ℃, but no significant difference was found between two laboratory populations under 21 ℃ and 25 ℃. There was no significant difference between the male and female pupae weight of laboratory population feeding different food under the room temperature. All in all, the female pupae weight was larger than the male pupae, the pupae weight varied with the geographical locations, but no difference was found between the female and male pupae weight, the female and male pupae weight in 21 ℃ and 25 ℃ were larger than that of in 29 ℃, the result will provide a theory base for the further study on the adaptivity to the environment.
