非靶标害虫褐飞虱对转cry1Ab抗虫水稻产量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 外源基因的插入是否会改变受体作物的生态适合度是转基因生物安全评价的一项重要内容。本文通过田间笼罩实验研究了转cry1Ab抗虫水稻(B4b92)及其对照非转基因水稻(MH86)对不同密度梯度褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens(0、10、20、40、80、100、200头/笼)为害的产量响应。结果表明,在褐飞虱各个密度梯度下,与MH86比较,B4b92各产量参数(单穗总粒数、单穗实粒数、总穗数、千粒重、总产量和产量损失率)基本均无显著差异,仅单穗总粒数、单穗实粒数和总穗数在个别褐飞虱密度下有显著增加。回归分析发现,两种水稻的单穗总粒数、单穗实粒数、总穗数、总产量和产量损失率与褐飞虱密度均呈线性关系。随着褐飞虱密度的增加,B4b92产量损失率逐渐高于MH86。该研究对于评价非靶标害虫胁迫对转基因抗虫水稻生态适合度的影响具有重要的意义。 It is increasingly concerned whether the introduction of transgenes can influence the ecological fitness of receptor crop. Thereby, outdoor experiments were conducted to examine impacts of varying densities of brown planthopper (BPH), Nilaparvata lugens, (0, 10, 20, 40, 80, 100, 200 individuals per cage ) on the yield parameters of transgenic crylAb rice (B4692) and its non - transgenic isoline (MH86) in Fuzhou, Southeast China. The results showed that, within each BPH density treatment, the yield parameters of B4692 were not significantly different compared with those of MH86, except the grains per ear, the full grains per ear, and the number of ears within some BPH density treatments. Regression analysis indicated that there was a significant linear relationship between the parameters (grains per ear, full grains per ear, 1000 - seeds weight, number of ears, yields and yield loss percentages) and the density of BPH for each of the tested rice varieties. With the increase of density of BPH, the percentage of yield loss of B4b92 tended to be gradually getting higher than that of MH 86. Our work provides a valuable foundation for better understanding and evaluating potential effects of non - target pests on the ecological fitness of transgenic rice.
