摘要
目的:探讨贞芪扶正颗粒能否改善肺肾阴虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者Th1/Th2的失衡状态。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的肺肾阴虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者65例,随机分为治疗组34例和对照组31例。两组患者均给予化痰、解痉、平喘治疗,治疗组加用贞芪扶正颗粒口服,疗程3个月。观察治疗前后两组患者肺功能、IL-10、TNF-α浓度及中医证侯积分变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组FEV1、FEV1%较对照组及治疗前均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者TNF-α均有显著下降,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者IL-10均有所升高,治疗组比对照组升高更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证侯积分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:贞芪扶正颗粒可以改善肺肾阴虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者Th1/Th2的失衡状态。
Objective:To observe whether Zhenqi Fuzheng Granule could improve the imbalance state of Th1/Th2 in lung-kidney-yin deficiency type of stable COPD patients.Method:65 lung-kidney-yin deficiency type of stable COPD patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 34 patients and the control group of 31 patients.Two groups of patients were given expectorant,antispasmodic,anti asthma therapy,while the treatment group was added with Zhenqi Fuzheng Granule,the treatment course was 3 months. Before and after treatment,two groups of patients were checked with pulmonary function,concentration of IL-10 and TNF-α,and score of TCM syndrome.Result:After the treatment,the numerical value of FEV1%and FEV1 in the treatment group were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The concentration of TNF-αin both groups was significantly decreased,the decreasing degree in treatment group was more obvious than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The concentration of IL-10 in both groups was significantly increased,the increasing degree in the treatment group was more obvious than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The improvement of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Zhenqi Fuzheng Granule could improve the imbalance state of Th1/Th2 in lung-kidney-yin deficiency type of stable COPD patients.
