人性化护理在梅毒患者治疗中的护理效果

The Effect of Humanized Nursing Care in the Treatment of Syphilis Patients

目的:探讨梅毒患者治疗过程中采用人性化护理的临床护理效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的80例梅毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据就诊时间顺序分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理模式护理,试验组采用人性化护理进行护理,护理内容包括健康教育、心理指导等,比较两组患者治疗前后抑郁状况以及护理效果等指标。结果:试验组治疗后6例出现轻度抑郁,少于对照组的13例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组性生活满意率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理能够有效的改善患者治疗情况,临床护理效果较好,值得推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of clinical nursing care on the humanistic nursing in the treatment of patients with syphilis.Method：Selected the author’s hospital treated 80 cases of syphilis in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,according to the time order they were divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,the experimental group was given humanized nursing,nursing including healtheducation,psychological guidance. Index of two groups were compared before and after treatment of depression and nursing effect etc.Result：The experimental group after treatment 6 cases with mild depression less than 13 cases in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Experimental group sex life satisfaction was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Humanistic nursing care can improve the treatment effective,better clinical nursing effect,it is worthy of popularization and application.
