对社区高血压高危人群进行综合强化干预的作用分析

Analysis on the Effects of Comprehensive Intensive Intervention on the Hypertension High-risk Groups In Community

目的:对社区高血压高危人群进行综合干预的作用效果进行分析。方法:选取2012年本辖区500例中老年高血压高危人群为研究对象,随机等分为治疗组和对照组,分别进行传统的健康教育和针对高危因素进行综合强化干预措施。结果:干预前两组人群的所有研究指标比较,差异无统计学意义(字2=13.5,P>0.05),干预后,两组人群的高血压相关知识知晓率、良好生活习惯执行人数及高血压控制失败人数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(字2=56.9,P<0.05)。结论:对社区高血压高危人群进行综合强化干预是有效的,是实现三级预防的有效举措,值得在临床推广。

Objective：To analyze the effects of comprehensive intensive intervention on the hypertension high-risk groups in community.Method：In 2012,500 cases of elderly patients with hypertension risk population in the area in 2012 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Control group was treated with traditional health education,and treatment group was educated by comprehensive strengthening interventions for risk factors.Awareness of were recorded.Result：The levels of hypertension-related knowledge,the number of good living habits and hypertension control failure in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：It is necessary about the comprehensive intensive intervention on the hypertension high-risk groups in community,and it is an effective manner of tertiary prevention.
