党的十七大报告中曾经提出,"加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,用正确方式处理人际关系"。可以说,"人文关怀"和"心理疏导"的提出进一步丰富了思想政治工作的内涵,拓宽了思想政治工作者的视野,为企业进一步有效开展思想政治工作指明了方向。
The report of 17th CPC National Congress raised that strengthening and improving ideological and political work by humanistic care and psychological counseling and handling human relationship by right methods. The humanistic care and psychological counseling rich the concept of ideological and political work and broaden its fields to improve ideological and political work.
