摘要
阐述了高校消防的重要性,传统火灾探测方法的局限;研究了基于视频图像的火灾探测方案;提出了一种背景自动更新目标提取法和改进的支持向量机分类识别方法;最后将图像型火灾视频监控与计算机技术结合起来实现火灾监控系统的智能化.
Considering the importance of campus fire control and the limitations of traditional fire detection,this paper puts forward a new detection scheme based on video image to implement the intelligent fire control system through combining fire video surveillance and computer technology,which mainly adopts the target extraction method with the auto-updating background and the improved SVM( support vector machine) classification and recognition method.
