This paper proposes that Software Origin8. 0 can be used for data processing of the solar cell volt-ampere characteristic test,such as data mapping,calculating mean and standard deviation. The results show that the application of Origin8. 0 to college physics experiment teaching contributes to improving the teaching effect.
