摘要 随着市场经济的不断深化,企业之间的竞争愈加激烈,人力资源已经成为企业竞争的核心资源。作为企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,绩效管理在企业发展中发挥着重要的作用。本文主要对企业人力资源管理中绩效管理的作用及存在的问题进行了简要的分析,并提出了相应的对策。
