通过反思提高教师的教学水平 ,改进教师的教学行为 ,这是近年来教师心理研究的一个重要课题。目前 ,勤于“反思”作为优秀教师的标准之一 ,已为大家公认。对教学经验的不断反思 ,能够促进教师的成长。教师反思可分四个环节 。
How to improve teachers teaching ability and behavior by means of self reflection has become an important project in studies of teachers psychology in recent years.At the moment,it is universally acknowledged that fraquent self-reflection is one of features of good teachers.To reflect teaching experiences will help the maturing of teachers.Four steps can be taken in teachers self reflection and sense of responsibility is the first condition in teachers conscious self reflection.
