摘要 针对传统波高传感器电路结构复杂,易受环境温度影响的问题,提出了一种以新型电容测量集成芯片CAV444为核心的检测电路的设计方案,同时采用遗传算法的BP神经网络对传感器进行温度补偿来消除温度对测量结果的影响,并结合最小二乘多项式曲线拟合法进行分析比较。实验结果表明,该修正方法对提高波高传感器的测量精度是行之有效的。 Aiming at the problems that the measurement accuracy of traditional wave height sensor is vulnerable to the influence of ambient temperature and it has a complicated circuit configuration,the paper proposed a new design scheme of hardware circuit based on novel capacitance measuring chip CAV444,and used the BP neural network with genetic algorithm to realize temperature compensation of the capacitive wave height sensor,so as to eliminate the influence of water temperature on the measurement results,meanwhile performs analysis and comparison combined with the least squares polynomial curve-fitting method.The experimental results show that the proposed method is effective to improve the measurement accuracy of the wave height sensor.
