摘要
在石油化工领域,油品的静电所造成的危害不容忽视。以静电学理论为基础,通过论述杆球传感器的原理,给出了杆球传感器的设计数据。简述了压电陶瓷的耦合原理,给出了实验室内的初步试验数据。实现了对油品静电的测量与监控。
In the field of petrochemical, the damage caused by the oil electrostatic cannot be neglected. This paper basing on electrostatics theory, discuss the principle of rod ball sensor, then give the design data of the rod ball sensor. Sketching the coupling principle of the piezoelectric ceramic preliminary test data in the laboratory is produced ,it realizes the oil electrostatic measurement and monitoring.
