摘要 采用全固态离子选择电极,利用LabVIEW软件研制出了一套监控废水中重金属含量的分析系统,可实现铅、铜和镉3种重金属元素同时检测。结果表明:仪器检测铅、铜和镉的检测下限分别为9.66×10-7mol/L、9.38×10-8mol/L和8.93×10-7mol/L,均低于国家工业废水排放标准,可以对废水中重金属实时原位检测。仪器具有成本低、检测速率高、易携带、界面友好、原位自动检测分析等优点。 The analysis system for monitoring heavy metal content in the wastewater was designed based on all-state ion selective electrodes and LabVIEW software. The system has realized the heavy metals of lead, copper and cadmium test at the same time. Results show that this system is used for detecting of lead, copper and cadmium's minimum content,which were 9. 66×10^-7 mol/L,9. 38×10^-8 mol/L, and 8. 93×10^-7 mol/L, and the test results were below the national industrial wastewater discharge standards. So this system can real-time and in situ detect the heavy metals in wastewater. The system has many advantages, such as low cost, high detection rate, easy to carry, friendly interface, automatic detection in situ analysis.
