摘要
针对超低功耗超声波热量计的温度检测电路进行研究,设计了基于MSP430单片机的铂热电阻测温系统。利用PROTEUS软件对测温系统进行仿真,设计了三线制电桥测温电路和恒流源测温电路,通过电路实测数据对比分析了上述两种温度检测电路的测试精度,进而选择测量精度更高的测量电路作为热计量系统的温度检测方式,研究结果将为后续热计量系统设计提供更为精准的温度数据。
Aiming at the investigations on temperature detection circuit in ultra-low power ultrasonic heat metering system, this work developed a platinum thermal resistance temperature measurement system based on single chip microcomputer MSP430. The temperature measurement system was further simulated with software PROTEUS. On the basis of above-mentioned work, three - wire system bridge calculating circuit and constant current source circuit for the measurement of temperature were put forward therefore. By comparisons, the measuring circuit with higher accuracy was chosen for the design of a heat metering system and will yield accurate experimental data. Also the results in this work would provide references for the future design of other series of heat metering systems.
