肺纤煎治疗肺间质纤维化临床观察

Clinical Research on “Feixian Decoction”in Treating Interstitial Pulmonary Fibrosis

目的:观察肺纤煎治疗肺间质纤维化(IPF)的临床疗效。方法:将60例IPF患者随机分为治疗组(31例)和对照组(29例),均给予常规基础治疗;同时治疗组给予肺纤煎口服,对照组给予醋酸泼尼松片口服,疗程2个月。观察两组治疗前后中医证候疗效、中医证候评分、6分钟步行距离(6MWD)和生活质量评分变化。结果:治疗组证候疗效总有效率为87.10%,对照组为68.97%,两组临床疗效比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组症状体征积分较治疗前减少(P<0.05,P<0.01),且组间症状体征积分有显著性差异(P<0.01);两组6MWD和6MWD血氧饱和度较治疗前增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),且组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组生活质量各项评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肺纤煎可改善IPF患者临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Feixian Decoction＂ in the treatment of interstitial pulmonary fibrosis（IPF）. Methods： Totally 60 subjects were randomized into treatment group and control group, and treated by routine modality; additionally, 31 cases in the treatment group were treated by ＂Feixian Decoction＂ and 29 cases in the control group were treated with Prednisone, with a course of two months. The clinical efficacy, symptom scores, 6-minute walk distance （6MWD） and the quality of life score were evaluated before and after treatment. Results： The overall effective rate was 87.10% in the treatment group and 68.97% in the control group, with better efficacy in the treatment group than in the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the symptom scores were reduced in both groups （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）, with more significant reduction in the treatment group than in the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the 6MWD and 6MWD blood oxygen saturation were increased in both groups （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）, with more significant increase in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the scores of life quality were decreased in both groups （P〈0.05,P 〈 0. 01 ）, with more significant decrease in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： ＂Feixian Decoction＂ is effective to abate IPF patients＇ symptoms and improve their quality of life.
