Research Progress on Pathogenesis of Post-stroke Depression

摘要 综述脑卒中后抑郁症(PSD)的发病机制。PSD的发病机制包括机体特定基因对抑郁症的易感性、脑神经元再生减少、低浓度神经营养因子诱发、脑缺血后的继发退行性变化、神经递质含量减少及炎性细胞因子增加;中医学机制为内伤积损、脑神逆乱。 This paper reviews the pathogenesis of post-stroke depression (PSD). It is argued that its pathogenesis includes that susceptivity of specific gene, reduction of cerebral neuron regeneration, induction of neurotrophic factors, ischaemic secondary degenerative changes, reduction of neurotransmitter, increase of inflammatory cytokines. It mechanism may be association with stagnation of internal injury and mental disturbance in TCM.
