摘要
综述虫草制剂抗肾纤维化作用研究进展。冬虫夏草及其有效提取物在抗肾纤维化研究方面取得了一定成果,主要表现在抑制肾小管间质纤维化、抑制肾小球硬化、减轻炎症细胞浸润、抑制免疫复合物沉积等多方面,体现了中医药抗肾纤维化的优势。
This paper reviews the mechanism of Cordyeeps Sinensis for the treatment of renal fibrosis. It is viewed that Cordyeeps Sincnsis has good effects on renal fibrosis, especially in the following aspects： inhibiting renal interstitial fibrosis, inhibiting glomerular sclerosis, alleviating inflammatory cell infiltration, restricting deposition of immune complex.
