沟通能力是临床药师核心能力之一,本文从临床药师提高沟通能力的必要性,沟通的主要内容、重点对象以及如何提高沟通能力等方面来进行论述。

An ability to communicate with each other is one of the core competences, to which most of the clinical pharmacists need to be improved. The necessity for clinical pharmacists to improve their communication ability, the main content of communication, the key personnel to be communicated and how to improve communication skills are discussed in this paper.
