Application of Hot Transportation and Hot Charging Technology for Hot Rolling Slab

对热轧板坯热装热送的生产管理进行了阐述。围绕热装热送加热炉,介绍了炼钢和热轧厂的一体化计划编制、热送板坯在辊道上与计划进行替换匹配、下线热坯集批热装计划的编制,在生产中的实际应用。

This paper expounded production management of hot transportation and hot charging technology for hot rolling slab. It introduced the integrated production planning for steelmaking plant and hot rolling plant, heat-transfer slabs on roller and replacement matching, group batching hot charging planning for hot slabs from production line centering on hot-transportation and hot-charging heating furnace. The application in practical production is introduced.
