Improvement on Information Collecting System of Measuring for Steel Billet of Converters

文章介绍了为了在线准确计量炼钢转炉出坯重量和支数,利用炼钢PLC柜采集的钢坯辊道电机正转、电机反转和入炉(或有钢)信号,使用研华PCI开关量卡,引入开关量信号,根据辊道电机正转、反转和入炉信号使用VB软件来准确判断重量和支数的采集、保存及基础信息入库,实现各批计量单打印和班日报表统计,减少了因人工干预造成重量和支数的错误,减少了计量异议,大大提高了工作效率,提高了计量司磅作业管理的自动化水平。

This article introduces the measure system of converter billet weight and fineness by collecting steel billet signal from positive rotation and reverse of roller motor online using PLC , during using Yanhua PCI switch card and the switch quantity signal. According to the roller motor forward and reverse and into the furnace signal ,the VB software is used to accurately determine the weight and number of collection, preservation and storage of each batch of basic infor-mation, measuring a single print and class daily report, reducing the artificial interference of the weight and the number of errors. Through the measures above, the measurement dissent were reduced, the efficiency and the level of automation of metering weighing operation were raised.
