摘要
通过气体采样分析,确定弹药库房内需要重点检测的有害气体种类,并找到库房内有害气体浓度最高的位置,安装相应的传感器对有害气体进行重点检测。硬件方面,构建了基于传感器、信号调理电路和数据采集卡的硬件系统;软件方面,开发了基于LabVIEW的数据采集软件。最后,通过实验对数据采集系统的性能进行了验证。结果表明,该系统稳定可靠,较好地完成了数据的采集、保存和查询任务。
Through the analysis of the gas sample,the species of harmful gas is defined in the ammunition warehouse.The area where the concentration of harmful gas is the highest in the warehouse is found.Sensors are installed in this place to detect the harmful gas.The hardware system consists of sensors,measuring amplifier and data acquisition card.The data acquisition software is developed by LabVIEW.Finally,the performance of the system is tested by experiment.The experimental result indicates that the system works steadily,which completes the tasks of data acquisition,data storage and data query.
