摘要 为满足汽车传感技术实践教学的要求,设计了一种新的节气门开度传感器测控平台。该平台以DSP系统为核心,包括节气门开度传感器、节气门工况模拟装置以及上位机。DSP接收上位机设定开度值,与当前开度比较后驱动舵机,带动法兰轴到达设定开度。测试结果表明,实验台能够逐步平稳地达到期望开度。实验台人机界面友好,操作简单方便,为汽车节气门开度传感器参数标定、舵机控制、虚拟仪表等相关实践环节提供了良好的实践平台。 To meet the requirements of the automotive sensing technology practice teaching,a new measurement-control platform for throttle opening degree sensor is designed.The platform based on DSP system includes the throttle opening degree sensor,throttle simulation device and host computer.DSP receives opening degree set from host computer,then drives steering gear with flange shaft to set degree after comparison with the current degree.The test results show that the experimental platform can achieve the desired degree gradually and smoothly.The platform has friendly interface,and is easy to operate,which provides a good practical platform about throttle opening degree sensor parameter calibration,steering gear control and virtual instrument etc.for related practice.
