摘要
以嵌入式和WLAN(wireless local area network)技术为基础,针对典型的低温等离子体设备系统,设计开发了带有WLAN接口的设备节点和主控制器,建立了一个基于WLAN的低温等离子体设备测控系统实验平台。基于此平台,对WLAN应用于工业测控系统的实时性特性进行了研究和实验测试,测试结果表明,该系统可以安全可靠地工作,实时性可以满足系统的控制要求。
For a typical low temperature plasma equipment system,a WLAN-based measurement and control system is established through self-developed device nodes and a master controller based on the technology of embedded system and WLAN.The real-time performance of industrial WLAN applications is researched and tested based on above platform.The results of experiment show that the system can work safely and reliably,and the real-time performance of the system basically meets the control requirements.
