Expression of TMEM135 in a variety of tissues

目的研究TMEM135 mRNA及蛋白在人体多种正常及肿瘤组织的表达。方法原位RT-PCR及免疫组化技术检测TMEM135在正常组织118例、良性肿瘤组织18例、恶性肿瘤组织55例中的表达。结果 TMEM135mRNA和蛋白在人体组织中普遍表达;TMEM135 mRNA主要分布在核膜上,而TMEM135蛋白主要分布在胞质,且多为颗粒状分布;正常组织与恶性肿瘤间TMEM135蛋白表达有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 TMEM135可能是一种与肿瘤相关的蛋白质。

Objective To study the expression of TMEM135 mRNA and protein in a variety of normal and tumor tis- sues. Methods We used in situ RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of TMEM135 mRNA and protein in 118 cases of normal tissues, 18 cases of benign and 55 cases of malignant tissues. Results TMEM135 mRNA and protein expressed widely in the human tissues. TMEM135 mRNA mainly distributed in the nuclear membrane and the protein was mainly in the cytoplasm which was mostly grainy distributed. There was significant difference in the expression of TMEM135 protein between normal and cancer tissues. Conclusion TMEM135 might be a protein which is associated with the tumor.
