颈动脉狭窄程度与高血压脑出血的相关性 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨高血压脑出血与颈动脉狭窄的相关性。方法选取高血压病史〈10年、日常控制血压〈140/90mmHg高血压脑出血患者80例,按出血量将其分为三组:大量出血组(出血量〉40mL)21例、中量出血组(20-40mL)36例、少量出血组(出血量〈20mL)23例。应用颈动脉超声评价颈动脉血管的狭窄程度,分析不同程度的颈动脉狭窄患者高血压脑出血的发生情况。结果大量出血组、中量出血组、少量出血组颈动脉狭窄患者分别为18(85.71%)、32(88.89%)、16(69.57%)例,大量出血组、中量出血组患者颈动脉狭窄发生率高于小量出血组(P均〈0.05)。在三个不同脑出血量分组中,颈动脉轻度狭窄、中度狭窄与出血量呈正相关(r分别为0.761、0.342,P均〈0.05),重度狭窄与相应出血量呈负相关(r=-0.578,P〈0.05)。结论颈动脉狭窄的程度可作为高血压患者脑出血的预测指标之一。
