The Effect of the Present Situation of Income on the Domestic Consumption and Its Countermeasures

居民收入差距过大，收入总水平低，预期支出和预期收入不稳定。这些来自收入方面的因素是制约社会投资需求、消费需求不旺的重要原因之一。所以要开拓国内市场，激活消费，必须改革收入分配制度，提高居民的收入水平，合理调控收入差距，从而改变收入现状对扩大内需政策的影响，促使国民经济持续、健康、稳定发展。

Unduly large gap of household income, low gross income, unsteady expected expenses and income is one of the most important reasons restricting social investment and consumer demands. For the sake of developing domestic market and activating consumption, the system of income distribution should be reformed, household income should be increased and income gap should be regulated and controlled to a reasonable degree. Thus, the negative influence of the present income situation on the expansion of domestic demand will be eliminated and a stable, sound, and sustained development of national economy will be impelled.
