摘要
作为后发展国家,我国在发展高等教育的过程中面临着内涵式发展与外延式增长的两难窘惑。1999年,我国高校的跃进式“扩招涨价”政策给高等教育的健康发展带来了一系列难解的忧虑。企图通过高校“扩招涨价”拉动经济增长,这是对高等教育的一种不恰当的主观期望。在我国现实国情之下,高等教育的发展必须以内涵式发展为主。
Being a post-developing country, China is now facing a dilemma between intenson-mode and extension-mode in the course of its higher education development. The year 1999 saw a series of complex anxieties brought about by the leap-forward policy- 'enrollment expansion and tuition rise'in higher education. It is inappropriate to expect the 'enrollment in expansion and tuition rise 'to stimulate economy. Considering the real circumstances of our country, we must take mainly the intension-mode for the development of higher education.
