脂联素、肿瘤坏死因子α及C反应蛋白与冠心病相关性的研究 被引量：3

摘要 冠心病（coronary heart disease，CHD）发病率逐年增高。现普遍认为，冠心病是一种慢性炎症性疾病，动脉粥样硬化（AS）是其发生的基础。有研究显示，脂联素（APN）是冠状动脉粥样硬化的保护因子，但机制不明。
