线粒体动力学与2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 线粒体动力学是线粒体的融合与分裂的动态平衡,它调节着线粒体的形态和数目,进而影响到线粒体的功能。近年来线粒体动力学的研究受到人们的重视。大量文献报道线粒体的动力学改变与2型糖尿病的胰岛素抵抗有关,2型糖尿病的线粒体的分裂增强,而提高线粒体的融合可以促进胰岛素抵抗的改善。本文仅就线粒体动力学与2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的相关研究做一简要综述。
