解偶联蛋白2对血管内皮的保护作用

摘要 解偶联蛋白2(UCP2)是核DNA编码的线粒体内膜阴离子转运体,广泛存在多种组织和器官中。其通过耗散线粒体内膜质子梯度发挥可诱导的解偶联作用。内皮细胞损伤是多种血管疾病的始动环节,近年来的研究发现,UCP2在动脉粥样硬化、高血压、糖尿病等中发挥血管内皮保护作用。本文对UCP2内皮保护作用的相关机制作一综述。
