建国初期，我国建立起了高度集中的计划经济体制。随着生产社会化程度的大大提高和分工协作的迅猛发展，迫切需要对高度集权的计划体制进行改革。以毛泽东为代表的党中央积极探索经济体制改革的思路，为我们留下了宝贵的精神财富。

At the early stage after the foundation of our country a highly centralized planned economic system was established. However, with the rapid development of productive socialization and cooperation among different social divisions of labour, the restructuring of it become in great need. The central committee of CPC centralized by Mao Zedong actively probed into fresh ideas of economic restructuring and left us a valuable legacy spirit.
