语文素质教育的核心是创新教育。语文的创新教育首先在于语文教育观念的创新，应该明了其人文性特点，以人为本；其次要发展学生的创造潜能，培养其创造思维；再次真正改革语文教学的方式方法，尤其是“导”的艺术，加强学生对语言文学的个体性体验。

The core of quailty education in Chinese is creation deucation. First of all, creation education in Chinese teaching lies in bringing forth new ideas in its concept to highlight the characteristics of human being that is the basis. Sec ondly students' potential creative power is to be developed, and their creative thinking be cultivated. Thirdly the teaching methods must matter - of - factly be improved, especially the 'guiding' art, and students' individual experience of language cultrue must be strengthened.
