摘要
1998年以来,教育部批准新建了一批师范学院,在世纪之交,它们都共同面临着一个如何发展的问题。根据我国高等教育发展的趋向,新建师范学院的发展,既要把握我国师范教育发展的具体走向,做到定位准确,发展有序,又要由封闭式定向培养教师的制度向开放式非定向培养的教师职业证书制度过渡,并把握其宏观走向和发展趋势,在专业和学科建设上向多科性和综合性发展。为此,新建师范学院还应在办学方向、培养目标、办学层次与类型、发展规模等方面,从各自实际出发,合理地确定自己的办学方向与发展目标,处理好改革与发展的关系,只有这样,才能保证学院的持续、稳定和健康的发展。
Since 1998, Ministry of Education has ratified to set up some new normal universities. At the turn of the century, these newly established universities are all had with the problem of how to grow. According to the developing trend of higher education in China, these universities should be quite clear about the developing orientation of the teachers education, find their correct positions and extend strictly according to the plans. At the same time they should get themselves well prepared for the transition from the closed, directed teachers training system to the open, non-direct- ed teachers training system to obtain teaching professional certificates. They should also develop in the direction of multidisciplines and comprehensiveness as far as specialties and subjects are concerned. The new normal universities should draw up a comprehensive plan to secure the smooth and healthy deve1opment.
