摘要
人格教育是一种着眼于受教育者心理品质的教育 ,它把知、情、意、行统一协调起来 ,建立一种完整的健全的心理结构 ,使受教育者具有较高的动机水平和自我意识 ,从而形成一个高层次、高效能的自我调节和控制系统。人格教育的理论基础是辩证认知———平衡控制的人格理论。人格结构可分为均衡型、倾斜型、僵化型、扭曲型 ;要培养均衡的人格模式 ,必须贯彻早期教育、协作教育、自我教育和终身教育的原则 。
This article presents the concept,the principles,the methods and theoritical base of personality education from the point of education psychology.Personality education conferns about the combination of congnition,emotion,will and action tending to set up a perfect psychological construction,which accordingly offers the students not only higher-level motivation and self-conciousness but a more effective self-controllness system.The traditional education includes the ideas of personality education which is also performed in the former.The theoritical basis of personality education is dialectical congnition-equilibrium control theory.From this idea,the construction of personality can be classified into four sorts of equilibrium,incline,inflexible and twisting.To develope the balance personality pattern,such four principles as early education,cooperate education,self-education,life-log education should be put into effects and many kinds of methods are available.
