摘要
目前部分海洋石油平台大型发电机组已无法满足生产电力需求,需要对发电机机组进行更换或改造。考虑到改造电机的线圈、整机绝缘结构、绕组线径以及温升等多方面的综合因素,根据发电机升压改造原理,通过对改造电机电磁参数和短路比的实际计算,将中海油渤中BZ26-3平台同步发电机的线圈和定子进行改造。对改造后的发电机进行了一系列实验测试,并将改造前后的发电机主要技术参数进行了对比。结果表明升压改造后的发电机各项指标均满足相应要求,且相序正确,证明了所提出升压改造方法的可行性与正确性。创新地通过电磁计算以及短路比计算获得实际电机参数,提出了通过改变定子绕组的方式对发电机进行升压改造的方法。
In consideration of the multiple factors including the transform of the motor coil, insulation structure, winding wire diameter and temperature rise, a useful method is proposed. The coil and stator in synchronous generator on CNOOC BZ26- 3 platform in Bohai Sea was transformed through the actual counting of the electromagnetic parameters and the short-circuit ratio according to the generator step-up principle. A series of experiments was conducted for the transformed generator. The main generator parameters before and after the transform were contrasted. The results indicate each index of the transformed generator meets the corresponding requirements, and the phase sequence is correct. The conclusion proves the correctness and feasibility of the proposed booster transform method. The innovation is, under the comprehensive consideration, that the actual motor parameters has been obtained through the electromagnetic calculation and short circuit ratio calculation, and the generator step-up transform method of changing the way of the stator winding is put forward.
