摘要
市场上现有的航空延误险不能很好地被乘客普遍接受。本文从各个方面分析其原因,将航空延误险分类,针对不同的航空延误险分别提出了优化方案。此外,通过调查确定其可行性,可以很好地提高航空延误险的市场接受率,避免航班延误后乘客和航空公司之间发生严重的矛盾。
The current flight delay insurance is not well accepted by passengers on the market. This paper analyzes the reasons from all aspects, classifies the flights delay insurance, and then puts forward the optimization schemes respectively. In addition, some survey work has been done to insure feasibility. The investigation result shows that the market acceptance ratio of flight delay insurance is improved, and therefore the contradiction between passengers and airlines after flight delay can be well avoided.
