On the Immersion Education of Professional Ethics in the File Management Course

高职教育常因对专业技能的高度重视而疏于对学生职业道德的培养。作为高职院校文秘专业的主干课程,档案管理学在教学过程中也存在这样的缺陷。教师可以利用职场参观、借鉴历史典故、案例讨论和模拟操作等多种途径创设职业道德教育的情境,进行"渗透式教育",以激发学生的爱岗意识、奉献精神、安全意识和严谨作风。

Vocational education often attaches great importance to professional skills and neglect the cultivation of professional ethics. ＂File Management＂ is the main course of secretarial profession in higher vocational colleges. There is also such defect during the teaching process of this course. Teachers can create professional ethics education and implement ＇ Immersion education＇ by visiting workplace, drawing historical stories, discussing cases and simulated operating, in order to stimulate awareness of career loving, dedication spirit, safety awareness and strict style of work.
