中西医结合治疗先兆流产的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Treatment of Threatened Abortion

目的总结2011年6月至2012年3月我科收治的48例中西医结合治疗先兆流产患者的有效护理对策,以提高临床治愈效果。方法主要包括从情志护理、病情护理、饮食护理、用药护理、健康教育指导等方面有针对性地制定护理对策,观察患者的效果进行总结分析。结果总有效率达92.5%。结论采用中西医结合治疗、护理先兆流产是提高临床保胎成功率的有效方法。

Objective To summarize the June 2011 to March 2012 of 48 patients with threatened abortion were admitted in our department of effective nursing countermeasures, in order to improve the clinical cure effect. Methods Mainly include disease of modern nursing, nursing, diet nursing, medication nursing and health education guidance, targeted nursing countermeasures, observe the effect of the patients with summary analysis. Results The total effective rate up to 92. 5%. Conclusion The combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of threatened abortion care is one of the effective methods to improve the success rate of clinical spuc.
