高职学生顶岗实习与就业一体化的策略研究——以经管类专业为例

Study on the Strategy of Integration between Post Practice and Employment for Higher Vocational Students——Taking Economics and Management Specialty as an Example

顶岗实习作为高职教育的重要环节,是学生能力从理论到实践的一个转变,与学校教学质量以及学生将来的就业息息相关。如何结合专业特点有效地确保顶岗实习与就业的对接,实现顶岗实习与就业的一体化,是高职教育工作者应该关注的问题。以笔者所在的经管类专业为例,针对当前实施的顶岗实习存在的问题阐述了自己的看法,并就如何实现顶岗实习与就业的一体化提出了针对性建议。

As an important link in higher vocational education, post practice is a transition of student ability from theory to practice, and it is closely related to the quality of teaching in schools and students＇ future employment. How to effectively ensure the docking of post practice with employment by combining the professional characteristics to achieve integration of the two is a problem for higher vocational educators to pay attention to. Taking the economics and management specialty as an example, the author explains the current problems in the implementation of post practice, and some suggestions are put forward to realize the integration between post practice and employment.
