摘要 深圳平安金融中心采用巨型钢骨混凝土组合结构,其钢骨体积、重量巨大,节点区钢筋与钢骨连接复杂,模板支设及腔内混凝土灌浆施工困难。针对组合结构的施工难点,巨型钢骨柱采用合理分段原则,对组合节点区钢筋与钢骨连接节点进行了深化设计,采取了复杂腔体灌浆措施及模板支设工艺,施工效果良好。最后提出了创新钢骨与混凝土组合形式的建议。 Shenzhen Ping'an Financial Center uses huge assembled steel-reinforced concrete structure,whose construction encounters various difficulties,such as large volume and heavy weight of steel,complex connection between steel bar and steel joist at node area,difficult formwork installation and concrete grouting,etc.After consideration of difficulties in construction of assembled structure,the construction is successfully completed and favorable construction effects are realized through reasonable division of huge steel reinforced column,in-depth design of connection node between steel bar and steel joist and adoption of measures for grouting in complex cavity and formwork erection,etc.At last,suggestions are given for innovative assembly between steel joist and concrete.
