INSTALLATION TECHNIQUE OF HUGE STRING TRUSS BY CAST STEEL NODE SUPPORTING FRAME METHOD

以某体育场工程巨型张弦桁架下弦铸钢节点安装为例,逐步分析了铸钢件节点的安装过程,经现场实测,巨型桁架下弦铸钢件安装精度控制符合固定屋盖钢结构安装要求,采用的安装方法可很好地满足现场实际操作条件,为钢拉杆的安装及其他后续工作的顺利进行打下基础。并且在安装过程中,对临时支撑措施利用率高,降低了工程施工成本,满足建筑施工绿色环保要求。

Lower string cast steel node installation of a huge string truss in a stadium project is taken as an example to analyze the installation of cast steel node.After field measurement,it is proved that installation accuracy of lower string cast steel of huge truss successfully meet the requirements for installation of fixed roof steel structure.The installation method could effectively satisfy practical construction conditions,providing great convenience for installation of steel rod and subsequent construction.During construction,temporary supporting is used effectively,construction cost is reduced and requirements for environmental protection are satisfied.
