金天格胶囊对非透析期肾性骨病患者钙磷代谢的影响

Effect of “Jintiange Capsule” on calcium-phosphorus metabolism of renal osteopathy patients at non-dialysis stage

目的探讨金天格胶囊对非透析期肾性骨病患者钙磷代谢的影响。方法选择非透析期肾性骨病患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组均予优质低蛋白饮食、α-酮酸、降压、降脂等常规治疗,治疗组同时加用金天格胶囊。两组疗程均为6个月,分别于治疗前、治疗3个月和治疗后检测患者血清钙(Ca)、磷(P)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、尿酸(UA)水平。结果两组患者在治疗3个月和治疗后血清P、PTH、ALP、BUN、Scr、UA水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),Ca水平升高(P<0.05)。治疗组在治疗后,BUN、Scr、UA水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗3个月和治疗后,血清Ca水平升高以及血清P、PTH、ALP水平降低均较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论金天格胶囊能有效纠正非透析期肾性骨病患者的钙磷代谢紊乱,抑制继发性PTH、ALP的分泌,并具有一定的肾脏保护作用。

Objective To explore the effect of ＂Jintiange Capsule＂ on calcium-phosphorus metabolism of renal osteopathy patients at non dialysis stage. Methods Sixty cases with renal osteopathy at non dialysis stage were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both of the groups were treated by conventional therapy, such as high-quality low-protein diet, ct-keto acid, blood pressure-lowering and lipid-lowering. In addition, the treatment group was treated with ＂Jintiange Capsule＂, with the course of 6 months. The levels of Ca, P, PTH, ALP, BUN, Scr and UA were detected before treatment, after 3 months and 6 months treatment. Results After treatment for 3 months and 6 months, the patients＇ serum P, PTH, ALP, BUN, SCr and UA levels were lowered than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） , their Ca level was increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the levels of BUN, Scr and UA were reduced, and lower than that of the controls （P 〈0.05） ; in treatment group, the Ca level was increased after 3 months and 6 months treatment, and the reductions of P, PTH and ALP in treatment group were more obvious than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Jintiange Capsule＂ can rectify calcium and phosphorus metabolism effectively in renal osteopathy patients, inhibit secondary PTH and ALP secretion and protect their kidneys.
