热毒宁结合常规疗法治疗小儿腹泻96例临床观察

Treatment of childhood diarrhea by “Reduning Injection” and routine modalities in 96 cases

目的观察热毒宁注射液治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法将192例腹泻患儿随机分为两组,各96例;两组均给予常规疗法,对照组同时给予利巴韦林注射液静脉滴注,治疗组给予热毒宁注射液静脉滴注,疗程5天。结果对照组总有效率为73.96%,治疗组为92.71%;两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组腹泻治愈时间为(3.8±0.9)天,对照组为(4.9±1.1)天;治疗组腹泻治愈时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液可提高小儿腹泻的临床疗效、缩短疗程。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂ Reduning Injection＂ in the treatment of childhood diarrhea. Methods One hundred and ninety-two subjects were randomized into two groups,with 96 cases in each group, Both groups were treated by routine modalities, and the control group was treated with intravenous drip of Ribavirin Injection and treatment group was treated with intravenous drip of ＂Reduning Injection＂, with a course of five days. Results The total effective rate was 73.96% in the control group and 92.71% in the treatment group, with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The cure course of diarrhea was （3.8 ±0.9） days in the treatment group and （4.9 ± 1.1 ） days in the control group, with shorter course in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Reduning Injection＂ acts effectively and fast on childhood diarrhea.
