摘要
目的观察当归补血汤加味促进结直肠术后肠道功能恢复的效果及其机制。方法将40例结直肠术后患者随机分为中药组和对照组,每组20例;两组均给予术后常规治疗,中药组同时给予当归补血汤加味治疗,疗程3天。观察两组患者术后肠道功能恢复时间及术后血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α等变化。结果中药组患者术后肠鸣音、排气、排便恢复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。术后第3天,两组患者IL-6水平降低(P<0.05),且中药组低于对照组(P<0.01);中药组IL-10水平升高(P<0.05),且高于对照组(P<0.01);中药组TNF-α水平降低(P<0.05),对照组相对升高(P<0.01),但均在正常值范围内。结论当归补血汤加味可促进术后肠道功能恢复,其机制可能与其调节炎症因子有关。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and mechanism of modified " Danggui Buxue Decoction" for intestinal function recovery after operation. Methods Fourty cases were randomized into Chinese medicine group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. Both groups were treated by rountine therapy, and Chinese medicine group was added with modified "Danggui Buxue Decoction", with the course of 3 days. We observed the recovery time of intestinal function, changes of IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α. Results The borborygmus, exhaust recovery time and intestinal function recovery time in Chinese medicine group were shorten than that of the controls ( P 〈 0.01 ). After 3 days operation, the IL-6 level in Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the controls ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; the IL-10 level in Chinese medicine group was increased (P 〈0. 05 ) , with significant difference between the two groups (P 〈0. 01 ) ; the TNF-α level in control group was relatively increased ( P 〈 0. 01 ). All the indicators were in normal range. Conclusion Modified "Danggui Buxue Decoction" can protome the recovey of intestinal function. Its mechanism may be association with regulating inflammatory factors.
