摘要
糖尿病足实验动物模型是研究糖尿病足的病因病理和疗效评价的有效工具。综述近年来有关糖尿病足实验动物模型研究进展,可分为模拟病理改变的单因素/"病"模型,模拟病理与体征的多因素/"病""证"模型和模拟临床症状体征的其他/"证"模型。
The experimental animal model with diabetic foot is effective for us to study etiology, pathology and therapeutic evaluation. This paper reviews the progress on dividing the models into single factor model, multi-factor model and others.
