摩托车发动机配气机构优化

摘要 针对某摩托车发动机路试耐久后凸轮桃尖出现点蚀现象,以AVL TYCON软件为平台,对现有配气机构进行运动学分析,在其它条件不变的情况下,通过凸轮型线的优化,降低凸轮与摇臂的接触应力,从而消除桃尖点蚀现象。 Pit corrosion of camshaft surface was discovered after motorcycle road durability test, based on AVL Tycon software, the valve train motion analysis was carried out. Contact stress between camshaft and rocker arm was reduced by optimization of camshaft profile without changing other components, finally pit corrosion of camshaft surface was solved.
