Application of Minimal Quantity Lubrication for Energy-saving and Environmental Protection in Internal Combustion Engine

微量润滑技术作为一项充分体现绿色制造理念的新技术,现今在内燃机产业界获得了越来越大的关注和重视,近年也已开始应用于少数国内主流企业,特别是汽车发动机厂的生产线。我们就这一新技术和在企业中的使用效果做了简述,并通过一个具体案例,对于其在企业中的实际应用以及与传统制造工艺的对比做了较全面的介绍。

As a new technology fully-embodied green manufacturing idea, minimal quantity technology is gaining now more and more care and attention in th field of internal combustion engine, which recently is applied in minority of leading enterprises at home, especially in production lines of automobile engine plants. This paper summaries it and its effect in use. It also fully introduces, by a concrete case, its application in practice and compares to traditional mannufacturing techniques.
