摘要 建立某混合动力轿车电池包结构有限元模型,进行模态分析,根据分析结果对电池包结构进行拓扑优化。参考优化结果,提出了3种优化方案,根据此方案进行结构更改。更改后,结构1阶模态频率提升到24.5 Hz。然后对该结构进行尺寸优化分析,得到最优的厚度分布。最终优化后,电池包结构1阶模态频率由6.4 Hz提升到30.1 Hz,经强度分析验证,新结构满足设计要求。 The finite element (FE) model of the pile-box of a hybrid vehicle is established, in order to investigate its modal characteristics. The results turns out that the modal performance of the pile-box is not such good that it need to be enhanced. According to the topology optimization of the structure, three design schemes are proposed to get a better modal performance. Then, the size optimization is conducted, thus achieving the most appropriate structure. By checking the modal performance, it is turned out that the first order of the frequency is increased to 30. 1 Hz from6.4 Hz. The result can meet the design need.
